Question: Hi, we can collect tomorrow, but not sure regarding the time as we are based in Birmingham and can deliver o Saturday.
Let us know if it suits you. Also confirm if are there any stairs involved and if felp is available at both ends.

Response: Great! We are on the first floor (with stairs) for collection but all flat at the other end in Chesterfield. Someone available to help at both ends. Would it be possible to get a more accurate collection (and drop-off) time, maybe within 2 hours? It's our move out date and the letting agency want a more accurate check-out time.Can I just confirm the price is £80 altogether before I accept the bid?

Question: 80 is our best quote for your job for 1 driver from ground floor to ground floor , including the deposit to site ,but we will be able to deliver next week, not on Saturday. Please let us know if this suits you.
More accurate info about the time of arrival you will receive from our manager after accepting the quote.

Question: I am sorry, but we are not able to deliver on Saturday,
We can collect tomorrow and deliver on Monday.
For stairs involved it will be + 15 on top. Let us know if it suits you.

£95 is a bit more than we were expecting, is this negotiable?

We would like to go ahead. If delivery is before Monday evening, you'll be able to leave it in the garage which is on a level with the driveway. If Monday evening, there will be assistance.

Question: Ok, we can collect tomorrow and deliver on Monday or can offer a 2 men team for extra charge.
100 will be our best quote with a 2 men team, stairs involved and the deposit to site.

We have confirmed two drivers for £100 via this discussion, although the confirmation email I received said I had only booked one driver.
