They moved an exetrememly heavy pool table from Benfleet to Brighton for me. They let me know a three hour time slot the day before pick up and delivery allowing me to plan my day and were even early to pick up. They were incredibly polite and efficient in loading up the very heavy pool table. Again was given a time slot the day before and they arrived perfectly on time. We had a big ask of moving this pool table up four flights of stairs including one very narrow stairway. They took this in their stride and did it so unbelievably quickly. I honestly can't recommend this company enough. They were absolutely brilliant.|

Certainly the goods were delivered without damage but the timing was all over the place with neither me or the seller knowing quite when to expect them. I don't want to say I wouldn't use them again but neither would they be my first choice, shame there's not a maybe option below. This is a shame as last time we used them everything went swimmingly well.|

Negatives - I arranged for afternoon delivery but did not get cooker until after 8pm.
I was told that the delay was down the fact that I wanted 2 men. This was something that we had agreed in the orginal emails.
I was unable to contact company by phone. When I requested the co-ordintation Sylvester phone me he said he was unwilling to use his personal phone to call me.

|Antique Bedroom Set 1930s||veesun||The delivery person is extremely nice. However, the HQ person keep changing the delivery time and lots of issues trying to sort it out. If you don't mind, endless email correspondences or wasting time arguing with the person then it can be for you. I don't usually leave feedback. However, in this case I have to as they put a few dents and scratches on my vintage 1930s bedroom suite but denied it. It is very obvious that they are damaged via transit as the dented mark are outside the packaging which I've paid extra for. The packaging which I have paid for is just some cling film! Which is ridiculous, as I thought it would have at least been bubble wrap. They are a pain to deal with and I cannot be ask to argue with them anymore as it's a waste of my time. I will avoid them at all cost in future. |
Response:Are you serios ?!! Please, don't talk no sens. Between all your items we have put bubble wrap + cling film and blankets. All those dents had been observed buy us at the pick up point, so it's not our fault. And why you did'nt wrote here that our van had been waiting your Vendor for 3 hours ?! And at delivery waiting you for 1 hour. Why you did'nt left this in your feedback. Ashame of you. Thank you.
|Samsung 55" UHD TV||robwillis||Appalled with the way my TV was handled. The guy tried to wedge a 55" TV in the front foot well thinking it'll be safer. He then said he didn't have much room in the van after realising it wouldnt fit in the footwell. He part slide, part chucked it on top of whatever was already in the Van. Only about half of it was actually resting on something, I complained, he then moved it into something higher but with about two thirds supported. Said it'll be fine and shut the door. Needless to say I spent the next few days very worried about what condition the TV would be in when it was finally delivered. Fortunately it was delivered without damage. Communication was also good with the company|

(Via a text). No customer care at all. Left us in the lurch and couldn't care less sadly.|

When my leather furniture was delivered three large stick on labels had been attached...one on the fabric part behind cushion on chair but on top of both arms of the sofa.When we peeled them off the glue was so strong that it peeled off the surface of the leather,leaving two large areas of rough,lighter leather. We showed this to the delivery men who apologised but said it was the lady in the warehouse!!|

We agreed for Pick UP on Thursday or Friday with delivery on Sunday (i can atach a screenshot of our conversation)and no one noticed us about your wife's day off (this is not our problem). About help at unloading you said you'll help the driver and canceled our 5 pounds offer for an aditional man for helping. Thank you.
