Response: No budget in mind - what can you deliver it for. Obviously as it's a return and at a cost to us we wanted it to be as reasonable as possible but want full insurance so if any damage - we're covered and receive cost of goods back

Response: Collection on Tuesday. Delivery by the end of the week. We'd need full insurance for the value of the goods at £360. Do you have this?

Question: Hi, we have insurance up to 20000 and can send a copy after the quote is accepted. Regarding collection and delivery - we can collect on Tuesday 13th and deliver on Friday 16th with 1 driver. Please advise if it suits you.

Question: Hi, we can collect but not in the morning as we are based in Birmingham and need few hours till that point. It will be in the second part of the day. A day before collection we will contact you to confirm the 3 hours slot time window. Go ahead and accept us, pay the deposit and provide you with the complete collection and delivery addresses.
Once it's completed we will send you a copy of our insurance.

Question: Hi, the item was collected on Saturday 17th and the delivery is scheduled for Wednesday 21st. We will contact the drop off end tomorrow to confirm the 3 hours slot time window that works for us both.
Regardign payment, our manager will contact you via email, but we accept paypal - but be aware that they charge 4% transaction fee; bank transfer and cash. Please advise the payment method that works better for you.
