What is the earliest that you can arrange collection of the item? - (08-05-2017)

Response: Hi there, unfortunately I can't be very specific with the dates at this stage. We will call both parties with 2 days notice to confirm the exact date and time slot for collection/delivery. You would book an economy service, which means that we need to complete the job within 10 days but we're usually done within a week.

The economy service is fine. The item is a sofa measuring 1mx2mx.80cm and it will not be wrapped/ covered to my understanding. Are you able to arrange some sort of cover so it's not damaged?
