I have tried calling you and text your number regarding the van that we arranged for transported collection today you still haven’t giving a time? You did however make contact yesterday asking it to be driven which I declined as we arranged transported not driven. I’m now left wondering if you’re going to show up to transport? I need to know asap to sort keys at collection as I’m going to be at delivery not collection address.

Also just to clarify, I didn’t want to drive the vehicle all the way to Glasgow yesterday, I was on my way from Cornwall already loaded and I was heading to Birmingham so I wanted to no if it was possible to collect the car while passing and drive it to Birmingham while I unload the vehicles I had and then I was going to load the van and drive the remainder of the way to Glasgow.

I wish you would of accepted now because now we have severe weather that’s causing problems.

Also if you check the job request via delivery quote compare you will see that you chose (NO PREFERENCE) regarding a transport or driven service. That’s why I called and asked could it be driven.

Response: You offered a transported service on your bid not driven and when you called you asked if the van had mot and road tax which it hasn’t but it does start and drive so is able to be driving around a yard or on and of a transporter as agreed. You would have needed trade plates if requiring to drive it out on the street as has no road tax.

If you had offered driven to start with this wouldn’t have been an issue as could have arranged road tax in advance with customer but you offered transport so I have accepted a price for that from you.

Now the sender has left home to travel for work and keys are in a safe place which is now becoming a big issue as your now not collecting the van today and he is working away from home for a week in north wales. He left home at 12pm so I shall hear later today how he gets on regarding the weather.

I have reposted the job and will request a refund from the website regarding this as I need the van collected asap.
