Question: Hi Paul,
Could you give me details of the trailer you use and confirm it's suitable for low road clearance cars like a Boxster? I'm thinking mainly of loading and unloading.

Could you also give me details if the insurance you have for damage in transit as well as loading and unloading?

Finally it looks like Friday 3rd May will be the day - are you available on this day?

Response: Hi it’s a Brian James trailer 2 months old with adjustable ramps insurance as been verified through site so I don’t had out copies of insurance as these have been used in the past by other people which is why I’m a verified member on here I’ve had lotus and Ferrari on this trailer and already moved other boxsters - (23-04-2024)

I completely understand you not wanting to share copies of your insurance, I wouldn't do that either.

I just wanted to understand the level of insurance you have and what it covers. I am sorry but I don't know if I can see that on the Delivery Quote portal.

The reason I ask is that some bidders have said that their cover is £50k but only fire and theft and £100 per item for goods in transit with no loading or unloading cover - great if you're delivering a parcel but not really appropriate for a car!

Could you just let me know the level of cover you have and what is actually covered?

Response: That’s because they are parcel companies not pure vehicle transporting have 75 k whilst the car is in our care it’s fully comprehensive - (23-04-2024)

Yes I completely understand, but some folks on here seem to overstate their abilities and cover!

I'd like to proceed with booking you for next Friday if that's OK with you.

The car is being serviced on Wednesday 1st May and I'm leaving Thursday free just in case something additional needs doing. I'm not expecting problems as it's already had a pre-purchase inspection, but you never know.

Could you confirm that next Friday is still good for you and give me an idea of your intended/most convenient pickup time? Address is , ME185JG.
