Gerry is very friendly and highly professional individual, with excellent communication skills, he kept me informed and up to date throughout. He offered a prompt pick up and delivery and he stuck to it. I couldn't ask for a better service. Furniture arrived from Scotland to London in the same condition it left. | 2 Bikes and some computer equipment | john-465919 | Avoid at all costs. Lost a box containing expensive items, immediately apologised for not dropping it off when I pulled him up about it, said it was on his van and he was sorry etc. He then spent a week organising its re-delivery. Texted me today to tell me the box was missing. When he found out the value, immediately changed his story to I delivered it, and he is now ignoring the issue. Began small claims proceedings today. Lesson learnt, the cheapest quote is not always so cheap in the end. | |
