Don was held up, no fault of his own, prior to collecting the piano, but he maintained excellent contact with both parties involved and ensured everyone was happy with a new collection and delivery date. Thanks for the patience shown; it's always an issue to maintain specific collection and delivery dates when providing a compromise service, it's inevitable that cooperation is needed by clients to make it work for the fee provided and I really thank you for being so accommodating.
