The driver decided to use jacks to jack the ramps up to get the car on, very risky indeed! Very bad communication and arrived 5 days late! Would not use this company again. damaged the car and by letting it roll of the truck and damaged my garage wall, driver couldnt also speak english!!!!!!!.
offered a £100 refund for all that or go through a insurance comopany in poland!!!!! Response:1) Customer deliberately pushed the car off the trailer himself, whilst our driver was unfastening the vehicle, to deliberately cause damage to his own property, in order to acquire a new garage door. (Customer is now saying it is his wall, but at the time he said it was the door. We have photo and telephone evidence and damage is so negligible that the customer has now changed his story). We offered to help the customer and at this point gave our full insurance details. 2) Customer then said he didn't want to go through our insurance company and wanted us to give him cash instead. We said we would prefer to go through our insurance company, as we knew we were not to blame and the damage was minimal. We also offered to help him with his claim and to deal with our insurance company. 3) Customer then asked for £100 cash to settle the matter as he didn't want to deal with our insurance company. In the name of customer satisfaction, we gave the customer a £100 cash refund on the spot, and amended our invoice to include this. 4) Customer then took the amended receipt to sign, but instead kept possession of it and the £100 cash, then said if we didn't pay him more cash he would be contacting our insurance company. We declined to hand over any more cash, and invited the customer to contact our insurance company, also offering to help the customer when dealing with our insurance company. As yet, our insurance company has had no contact regarding this matter, and we have informed them of all details regarding this, and sent all evidence including photos. We hope we and other members of this site do not have to deal with insincere and fraudulent customers like this in the future. | |
