| 2 berth twin axle caravan | 2moonheads | Courier no show which left us in the lurch. Hugely disappointed and unhappy! Courier was very communicative and friendly up until the bid was accepted and a deposit paid. Phoned 3 times and sent 5 emails but he didn't get back to me at all, which meant I had just a couple of hours to source alternative caravan transport (on a Friday night). Because we were let down by him and had I not managed to arrange an alternative at such short notice, I would've had to pay the site £500. Just not good enough! | |
