We work Monday-Sunday (Weekends & Bank Holidays do not incur an extra charge)
We will endeavor to keep our delivery and collection charges to the lowest price.
Our Terms & Conditions:
(1) Our quote includes only one person with the help of loading / unloading.
(2) We can provide two people if requested (This will incur an extra charge if not stated in job description)
(3) Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. Our quote is based on the items stated. We fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but we do ask our clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
(4) We will keep you informed on the day of your collection and delivery if there are any delays.
(5) Upon request we are more than happy to text or email you once delivery has been completed.
(6) Our service is door to door if you require the driver to place/collect items in your home or carry upstairs/downstairs please state beforehand.
(7) Please ensure your items are packaged appropriately as we cannot take responsibility for damaged items inappropriately packed
(8)It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receives a penalty charge is customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made
(9) Congestion charge will always be included within the quote
(10) Once a bid is accepted we will email you a confirmation email with time and dates
