I had hoped you had messaged me before accepting our quote as I was not sure on the full details of the job. I can see that you had liased with another transporter on the job regarding weights and quantities but this was not discussed with me, I had just sent a provisional quote until full details had been given. It would be very unprofessional of me to undertake a job blindly therefore I am going to have to withdraw from this job at that price. However I am willing to negotiate another price given the full details including weights, quantities and timescales. Please let me know your thoughts on the situation ASAP. I have been calling and texting him all afternoon and now his phone is going straight to voicemail. He also took an extra deposit off me which was refunded with no explanation. Very bad service - do not trust. Please refund my deposit delivery quote compare! | |
