Hello we are new at this website but we are in the transport services over 10 years with plenty of happy customers also we are sole traders(no vat)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Please have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when we arrive (this helps us be on time for our other customers!)Otherwise may incur extra charges depending on how long.

2) If items need to be DISMANTLED, please let us know in advance so we can allow enough time and decide if we need to increase our price.

3) PAYMENT must be made in cash on collection or delivery.

4) We will obtain signature on delivery.

5) We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified, However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.

6) If we are sent to an alternative or incorrect ADDRESS then we reserve the right to make an additional charge.

7) If SIZE/WEIGHT provided are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item if there is not enough space.

8) Our service is door to door. We will be happy to place items where requested, but please notify us in advance so we can allow adequate time and be aware that we take no responsibility for damage to goods or property, whilst inside the property.

9)My price is only for driver and van any extra staff If needed will cost extra need to know before we agree the quote.
