| mattress | jojo69692020-1 | I found the booking of transport very quick, easy and straightforward but unfortunately that where it ended. I found the communication very poor with the transport company. I sent them my details of where I wanted my items picked up and delivered via email and text messages. However, every time I managed to talk to someone (as no-one really respond to the messages), I was asked the same information I had emailed and texted 10 times. Even after the 100th confirmation with them of the pick up and delivery addresses, they still would not give me an estimated time / day of pick up and delivery of my items. I found the whole process frustrating and stressful. I finally got confirmation of delivery and was told that they would be delivering in the morning. And guess what time they arrived?? 7pm! On a positive note, the delivery guy was nice, friendly and cheerful. | |

When delivering he was throwing things about with no care. Our items had footprints and dirty marks all over it and some of the screws had been bent. I suspect that the item had been thrown about in the back of the van for over a week and other items thrown on top of it. | |

He thought I had made a complaint about him and said it was people like me that were stopping his business from trading. I explained all I was trying to do was get my money back from one of his previous quotes that he accepted the stated he couldn't do. Shocking customer service, stay away!!!! | |

Manners and customer service are free. They cost nothing. I would infact recommend he goes on a customer service course and learns how to deliver a service with out being so rude and obnoxious. Never again. | 1950'S Freestanding Kitchen Cabinets | karenlawrence40 | The items were not delivered on the date agreed. They were eventually delivered at 8.45pm two days later. I waited in for 2 afternoons before finally getting the delivery. The company insisted on full payment before delivery was made. Their communication was inconsistent and not always helpful. Response:Made customer aware we was unable to deliver on said date manage to get on next available run to that area and kept customer informed Paypal payment in collection are my terms | |
