All sorted out after some calls and they delivered the item on time. Use this provider, however make sure that you check regularly (before collecting, after collecting, and before delivery )that everything is ok and as agreed. | |

They texted me 20 mins before they were due to collect the table to say the driver refused the job as I wasn't paying enough money. They refuse to answer the phone. After numerous emails they said they had another driver lined up but I would have to pay £80 more. I asked to cancel but they said there was a £50 cancellation fee which I was aware of. I am still awaiting my refund as promised. I would definitely avoid this company at all costs. | |

Saturday lunchtime no contact - rang and left messages. Rang back to say not doing the job now as no other collections in that area and money would be refunded. Unprofessional, rude and totally unreliable. AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you want you want your money tied up for 9 days, the job not done, your customer going nuts (rightly so) and a pile of stress. Response:THIS CUSTOMER IS JUST A TROUBLE CAUSER. HE SAID HE WOULD SUE US IF WE DID NOT DELIVER HIS ITEM. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY WE WILL TOLERATE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR AND THAT IS THE REASON FOR THE CANCELLATION. WE HAVE HAD SOME GOOD CUSTOMERS AND WE HOPE TO DO THE JOBS FOR THOSE CUSTOMERS.
