We are a limited company that specialises in courier delivery, clearance, single item deliveries and house/office removals. We provide a helpful and friendly service at great rates. We work using online services and also have many private customers. Communication is key to us, so we will ensure we keep you up to date during the delivery process; in advance and on collection, before delivery.
We pride ourselves with an excellent levels of customer service and we will go that extra mile to meet our customers requirements and expectations. We will ensure that your goods are looked after whilst in our care and we have a clean van so that nothing gets dirty during delivery.
Once a bid is accepted we will contact you to confirm the booking and arrange an accurate time. Please note that our office works Mon-Fri 9-5, and when bids are accepted, it can take up to 24 hours before we email you . However, we can arrange deliveries outside of these hours; both in the evenings and on weekends.
Deliveries are often carried out by one person, so if the item is large or heavy, the driver may require assistance at both ends. If this is not possible, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange an extra man to assist, however this may cost extra.

They arrived very late having gone to the wrong address, even though they had been given all the correct information. They arrived well after congestion charge finished but still charged us for it. However delivery itself was fine and item arrived undamaged. Response:We apologised for going to the wrong address, however we did ensure you were aware of our late running; the postcode did not come up accurately on the sat nav and the driver had little knowledge of the delivery address area. We charged congestion charge as the collection address required passing through a congestion zone, at a time that was charging.
