I tried several times to get in touch but the phone was switched off. This caused issues with my collection which never took place. I have since contacted Delivery Quote Compare to ask for a refund of my deposit. I was informed that the driver was unwell hence the lack of contact. It would have been helpful for someone to inform from the company to inform me of this using the email address or telephone number that I had provided when signing up- this would have been good customer service. This unfortunately did not happen and it has caused significant delays with my collection. | |
