The person my table was collected from had to insist they wrapped the legs to prevent damage, and when it arrived there were some small scratches which I can live with but with a more expensive item I may have been upset. They did deliver on the day we agreed in the end which was a relief but communications leading up to that were confusing, with texts being sent one minute apart with contradicting info and references to different days which had me concerned. Like I say it was all good in the end, but pretty nerve wracking! Like everything, you get what you pay for. This was a cheap service and worked ok in the end. If you want zero hassle you'll have to pay more :) | |

No names were ever given so you didn't really have proper contact with a person. However in the end the armchair was safely delivered which was a sigh of relief. Negatives - I arranged for afternoon delivery but did not get cooker until after 8pm.
I was told that the delay was down the fact that I wanted 2 men. This was something that we had agreed in the orginal emails.
I was unable to contact company by phone. When I requested the co-ordintation Sylvester phone me he said he was unwilling to use his personal phone to call me.

If you don't mind, endless email correspondences or wasting time arguing with the person then it can be for you. I don't usually leave feedback. However, in this case I have to as they put a few dents and scratches on my vintage 1930s bedroom suite but denied it. It is very obvious that they are damaged via transit as the dented mark are outside the packaging which I've paid extra for. The packaging which I have paid for is just some cling film! Which is ridiculous, as I thought it would have at least been bubble wrap. They are a pain to deal with and I cannot be ask to argue with them anymore as it's a waste of my time. I will avoid them at all cost in future. Response:Are you serios ?!! Please, don't talk no sens. Between all your items we have put bubble wrap + cling film and blankets. All those dents had been observed buy us at the pick up point, so it's not our fault. And why you did'nt wrote here that our van had been waiting your Vendor for 3 hours ?! Thaey have transported bath sitting on a thin edge and broken it and need to take them to court now. Despite having witness who testified inappropriate handling of the bath they won't admit mistake.
They arranged pick up when we were at home so they can inspect the item. The day before they said they canjot come at 5pm but only earlier and it is OK to wrap it. When they damaged it they denied any responsibility stating it was wrapped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY since they are highly unproffessional. Now we need to even pay them to return the bath to us since bathroom store rejected the bath. We received no receipt for previous payments. Response:Dear Customer, The bath was handled with care and delivered in the same conditions. It was bubbled wrapped and you were informed that if it is packed and we cannot inspect it before collections, we are not responsible for any claims after delivery.
