I offer a collection and delivery within 14 days of acceptance of my bid unless otherwise arranged. I pride myself on my reputation and as you can see from my feedback the job really does matter to me. I work alone unless stated and do require a help to load and unload heavy items.

I must have been a nightmare customer, I booked late and kept asking him to do a bit more and a bit more ("actually, can you do two drops?" "Can you carry it up two flights of stairs?" etc etc), and he was super professional, polite and patient the whole time. He responded very quickly even while I dithered, called me when he was leaving to confirm both the condition of the items he was delivering and his ETA, gave my friend a lift between the two drop points, and got everything there in excellent condition and time.
