He was right on the ball throughout -- e.g. he got to me quickly when there was a brief UK customs delay, and gave me excellent advice on two occasions. My only crititism was that on day of delivery all the kitchen units, and toolbox sent weighing over 130 kilo's was put on top of plastic boxes,causing them all to be damaged. | |
