| 2 bed house move | meganfleur | We would not hesitate to recommend Carl - he made our move from Scotland to Oxfordshire so much less stressful and was very friendly and helpful! The price was really reasonable and Carl was so accommodating - even delivering a day later for us when our plans changed at the last minute. Nothing was too much trouble and he stacked our things so expertly that we got much more in the van than we expected! Everything arrived in perfect condition with no breakages or even scratches. Carl was happy to take things to the room of our choice (upstairs or down). We are so glad that we found him and would not have managed the move by ourselves! | Victorian "drop end" Sofa | dms0311 | Don't use Carl! I found him to be very poor at communicating with both me and the collection points. For example, he told me he would collect from my e-bay seller Saturday morning, but didn't turn up until Sunday - lucky they were in!
It took 10 days from accepting the offer to me receiving the goods. His sat-nav could not find the address so I had to guide him in and he would not discount the job price for the inconvenience. A very bad experience all round. Response:How rude when I didn't recieve the full addresses for the collections until a week after accepting the bid.Then to not be given a contact number for the Sat collection to advise them that there was a problem with collecting on day.You as the customer can't organise collection days without asking transport company first.I can only collect when feesible for both the seller and myself as was organised.After refusing to reduce the cost for good feedback the customer advised there would be negative feedback left,you achieved your goal well done,obnoxious,rude customer,sorry but we are not subjected to bribery,thanks for your feedback | |
