Response:Your seller was on holiday for 2 weeks and then didn't answer the phone for another one. You gave us 4 different phone numbers and never answered any of them. We've had plenty of communication with your voicemail but none with you. Then when we turned up to collect it turned out that the dimensions you provided us with were wrong. Completely time-wasting. And if you want your money back you should write us an email or call us to cancel the order and your money will be refunded. We'll be expecting and email or a phone call. Regards. | |

Upcycled Blue Distressed Shabby Chic Chest of Drawers | thomas-co-originals | As a new business it was important that we gave the best service on our first ever sale, and unfortunately this transport provider managed to tarnish our reputation before we had even properly begun. It took a week to pick up the item (after cancelling previous scheduled pick ups with no warning), then it took almost two weeks for them to deliver to the customer, cancelling various delivery dates with no valid explanation and without notifying us or the customer. It was difficult to communicate with the company, and email responses were vague. At one point both myself and my customer were afraid that the item would never be delivered at all. Finally once the item was delivered the delivery men told the customer that they had not paid for the item (which they clearly knew she had) and tried to take the item back from her. This is just unacceptable on so many levels. I'm definitely not happy with the service provided, and I think it goes without saying that I would not use this company again. | |

three seater leather sofa bed | dianad | The deliverers appeared unable to move the sofa bed at either end without suggestions from the seller and my son this end. The seller informed me that the 2 men trying to get the sofa out of her house just kept shouting at each other in a foreign language. There was fresh blood on the cream leather suggesting that someone had cut themselves in the process and bled in the sofa. The sofa was damaged on the bottom on both sides as a result of the delivery. Communication was poor from the firm. I was not informed when the firm would deliver, and when I tried to phone 3 times the phone number went unanswered. I have written to the company with my complaints and have not even had an acknowledgement of the email. Very disappointed.. | |

Told him that our sofa NEEDED to be collected on Saturday 11th Jan, they said this would be fine until one day before when they try and schedule it for the monday or tuesday.
Avoid at all costs as this guy has just cost me money due to his own incompetence. Response:Dear customer, we dont know who you spoke with, but all our office staff are females, so you either have a mistake or lie for some reason. On our records for this order we have a note that your collection point declined our time slot for Saturday. If you believe we do one job per day at a time you specify, you are terribly wrong. | |
