| 3 Seatersofas | debrwwright | Used the site and received quotes. Very straightforward. Went with this courier (wasn't the cheapest but had 2 good feedback while other companies were mixed reviews). Andy from the company phoned and confirmed the details. I had e mailed the details to him. I had a call from the seller at 6pm on the day of the pick up as no one had called for the sofas or contacted him. I phoned the contact numbers for the courier but got no reply. Did speak to "Andy" the following morning and asked why the sofas hadn't been collected and that the seller was extremely inconvenienced as he had waited in all day for no reason. He said the seller had given the wrong address. Even if this was the case he had the seller's home and mobile numbers and could have phoned the seller. I asked for "Andy's " surname and he put the phone down on me. I contacted Delivery Quote Compare who have now refunded my deposit. Not a good experience and will definitely not use this courier again. I think the site is a good idea but it will falter if the couriers accepting jobs are cowboys and fail to deliver what they agree. I am extremely disappointed.
