Sadly I wasn't at home to greet and thank him personally due to an unexpected car run to our local town to collect my daughter.

Great communication, worked on a convenient time between myself & the seller as to when he should collect and deliver the item. Arrived exactly on time to collect the item, called later to confirm and let me know the exact time he would be dropping the item off to me.

15.6.18 that's 1 week to drive 3.5hrs. I tried to contact courier 4 ways on number on his website.4days past still no contact with courier.
So next day thay re booked new courier.but by the 13.6.18 the first courier contacted me saying I've got the bumper but can't deliver untill 19.6.18
Which means thay have breached the contract which we agreed to.
I still owe the courier £54- but I'm not impressed with the service that I've received.thanks Terry. Response:There was no date arranged nor agreed for delivery prior to collection, collection was not straight forward having hung around waiting for collection to be made. Courier work does not revolve around one job per day. By the way I arranged an earlier delivery than the 19th and I have a signed delivery note to confirm the fact. Now I expect to be paid for the work completed. | |
