| 6 dining chairs (2 carvers + 4 chairs) upholstered seats, wood frames in ne | erikaedwards | I can give nothing but good comments . I had booked James on Wednesday 11th April to collect 6 chairs from Banbury in Oxfordshire and deliver them to Stretford in Manchester.
James collected then from Banbury on Thursday 12th and then delivered them to my home on the morning of Friday 13th. I call that good service!

15.6.18 that's 1 week to drive 3.5hrs. I tried to contact courier 4 ways on number on his website.4days past still no contact with courier.
So next day thay re booked new courier.but by the 13.6.18 the first courier contacted me saying I've got the bumper but can't deliver untill 19.6.18
Which means thay have breached the contract which we agreed to.
I still owe the courier £54- but I'm not impressed with the service that I've received.thanks Terry. Response:There was no date arranged nor agreed for delivery prior to collection, collection was not straight forward having hung around waiting for collection to be made. Courier work does not revolve around one job per day. By the way I arranged an earlier delivery than the 19th and I have a signed delivery note to confirm the fact.
