| bed base and mattress | debi.h | This contract started so well. Plenty of communication. Arrangement of pick up on 23/10 & delivery all went fine. Then an email to say they would prefer to pick up item after the weekend as personal work problems had arisen. Of course I agreed. Arranged for a pick up on the Monday 28/10. I emailed to confirm time & date on the Monday. No reply. Bed not collected. But I thought it was due to bad weather. Emailed again that evening. No reply. Emailed again on 31/10. No reply. Nothing back at all since 22/10. Bed is not here. Thank goodness I didn't PayPal them the balance! Don't bother. I think they have fallen off the planet. | |
