| Sofa | suztrolley | Please avoid using this company. I put dimensions and a photograph of the item to be picked up and the day I wanted. They came back with a quote which I accepted and paid the deposit. I tried ringing the number given and there was no answer. I e-mailed and did get a reply the following day with an invoice of the balance to pay. The day after I received a phone call in the afternoon to say that they wanted to pick the sofa up the following day, 2 days before my requested day. I made arrangements that afternoon to drive to the seller, an hour and a half away and pay the money so the sofa could be picked up. They still wouldn't confirm if they could deliver it to me on my requested day. The company spoke to the seller and got the dimensions for a second time. The day of pick up, the seller contacted me to say that the company had turned up with a much too small a van which was also full of other items. They therefore could not get my sofa in. I then had to make alternative arrangements which cost me more money not to mention the time and effort wasted. The experience was awful and I certainly would not recommend them. | |
