As the complexity and the needs to meet the clients of these services does not easily fit with the varying strengths of the providers and therefore makes the choice of which Delivery Service company to use very difficult. In choosing just one provider elements of the service may ultimately suffer but will be put up with for the sake of cost and the upheaval that choosing a new supplier will create (better the devil you know!).

1999 APRILIA RS125 ONLY 10111 MILES 2 OWNERS BARN FIND, PROJECT, SPARES REP | emmacurran | **WARNING** DO NOT USE THIS MAN & VAN. HE WILL LET YOU DOWN AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS DELIVERED. I employed him to collect and deliver a motorbike. On the day he was due to collect the bike he sent a text message saying that he couldn't get the bike today, and it would have to wait until next week. I tried to ring him, lots of times over the course of a few hours, and also left him 2 messages to ring me back to let me know what was happening etc etc. He never bothered to get back to me for 24 hours. He didnt even bother to contact the seller of the bike to let him know he wasnt picking it up. When i finally got hold of him, we arranged another date, for some 4 days later, at a 3pm delivery time. That day has arrived today AND IVE STILL GOT NO MOTORBIKE DELIVERY. By 4pm i hadnt heard anything off him, so I rang. and rang. and rang. and rang some more.... there was no answer. I left messages, as did my husband, and the seller of the bike. We all also sent him text messages, and still we heard nothing. So my bike was still stuck in Devon at around 4pm when it should have been in Bolton at 3pm. He then sent a text message saying he was "stuck in traffic". He didn't bother to actually phone, or apologise or once again to contact the seller of the bike. His attitude was outrageous. His tone on the text was one of arrogance and "im just not bothered". He just didn't care. If you are thinking of using this man because he has offered you a cheap quote..DONT. He will waste your time and mess you around. If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. I learnt the hard way with him... He has done nothing but mess us around and waste our time. We feel let down and annoyed. Ive also paid a deposit and i will be seeking my money back tomorrow. Ive now given the job to someone who has been recommended to me, which with hindsight i should've done first. Response:we faced problems and traffic on the motor way on route to get this pick up sorted we let the customer know but they decided not to let us pick the product up as we made the customer a where we are unable to control what goes on with traffic and the road network,,, | |

Having taken names and addresses and all contact they failed to show up and left me to contact them. The lady has waited in for 2 days now for no one to show up, and her husband has lifted all the furnitture up from the cellar each time, inly for nobody to show, and not even a courtesy call until i contacted them.
