| 1 x Car / SUV: toyota landcruiser | babamatwins | Boattrans picked up the vehicle on Saturday and only managed to deliver the vehicle to me late on Monday night. They had to transport from cumbria to south wales ( about 300 miles) and I had to phone them a number of times to find out what was going on, I expected them to inform me of any problems and to keep me informed of any progress or setbacks. They need to improve their service. Response:Picked up on Saturday and sorry we too have families and do like a day off on Sundays too. | |
