Delivery was promised Friday. Took day off work but didn't arrive. At one stage they could not even locate parcel. It would have helped if driver was available on phone. The norm this day and age I think.
Delivery took place Saturday. Response:We are sorry that you felt, you did not receive the usual standard of service that our clients are used to. There was a minor computer error with our sub contractor, which unfortunately made it a day late. It was out of our hands but we apologised for this and halved the price. It is spelt out clearly in our profile page that all bids are subject to VAT. | |
