Response:communication was poor because the collection address had moved from batley to leeds so i had problems collecting and informed you straight away.. its down to you to make sure you input details correctley for couriers to make a smooth job not for us to chase them on your behalf. | |

Got to collection point to and your mother was annoyed with you that you hadn't informed her about collection. Whilst we are there waiting your mother rings u 3 times and wakes you up to ask what's going on. You then say to me once she given me the phone hang on 10 min whilst I phone me dad who doesn't live with mum for keys......... Hey hang on all this should of been sorted before I get there not keep me waiting. I then decided to cancel your job and you kept phoning me and testing me texts still available. Book a job make sure things are in place for when courier arrives... | deliver a spin bike from Uxbridge to Malvern | energy01 | I was having a spin bike delivered to a friend. Upon delivery they asked for the balance of the payment (which he was not expecting to pay). He said he didn't have the money, to which they replied 'who's car is that on the drive, can you drive to a cash point'. They were aggressive and intimidating to the point where he gave them the money, and when he asked for a receipt they refused. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Response:what an absolute lie we delivered bike as requested customer wanted to pay by cheque i replied we only accept cash customer said he would have to go to the cashpoint up the road and we waited outside his house he came back and paid us. customer was friendly and pleasant throughout this has come as a suprise. i can only presume he is angry he couldnt pay by cheque but in our terms we only accept cash. you never asked for a recipt either infact you told me to keep the balanve of the change very strange | |
