I am a sole trader so I only take jobs that I can do- if I promise to deliver, I will.
I will have regular contact with my customers informing them throughout and contact them from begining of the booking, with expected arrival day and times, informing of any delays throughout, contacting customers at both ends of the trip half hour away and once we arrive at destination.
