(1) Bikes are transported in regularly up-dated New ELWB Mercedes Sprinter vans that are adapted to carry Motorcycles
i. Fully Insured inclusive, Hire & Reward, GIT, plus Employers & public liability
II. WE DO NOT/WILL NOT USE TRAILERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR MOTORCYCLE TRANSPORTATION
(2) Vehicle access via a 2.5 metre Ramp
(3) "Bike Grabs" & Straps used to secure bikes onboard
(4) Staff :
i. ongoing training to Handle, Load and Secure Bikes
ii. CRB checked & have Disclosure Scotland
iii. Carry Photo ID
(5) Receipt & proof of delivery (POD) issued as standard
(6) We deliver for a number of dealerships nationwide and will provide references where required!

Response:Hi Milo thanks for your feedback, I don't understand where you are coming from regarding the communication, an audit of the comms trail, only reveals that we couldn't make contact with you after delivery, we log all contacts throughout the uplift to the point of delivery and conclusion of the task at hand. What we will not do is provide a running commentary either text or verbal on the delivery process, as we have to concentrate on the job in hand to ensure that all clients do get a quick response and safe secure delivery - Kind Regards Dave | |

| Vintage Ercol 2 seater Sofa 1960s | citzdan | The sofa arrived in good condition but communication with the company prior to its arrival was sporadic and often confused. This eroded any level of trust I felt towards them. However, upon meeting the vendor when he delivered the sofa, he was polite and friendly. Just could have been better at keeping me up-to-date with developments regarding the delivery date and time. Having met him, I would be happy to use him again. Response:we did make you aware that the vehicle had broken down and as it was a Bank Holiday weekend it was impossible to get a hire vehicle in order to tranship and deliver said item, not sure about the sporradic and confusion, however will take your critisism on board | |

| move large fridge/freezer from Exeter to Bordon, Hampshire | lisanest | Before I accepted the quote the company said they could collect/deliver that same week. I paid within one hour of receiving this message, sent email to arrange time/date and heard nothing for two days. Called the number and he said he'd call me back. Heard nothing for two days. Called again, then told "no chance this week", and apparently it's MY fault for not making it clear the item was being returned to sender?! Response:Before we make a quote on any business we have to rely upon our clients being totally honest and upfront about what they require of us, and that includes informing us that the item being collected is being returned, for whatever reason!. Many companys will only accept returns that have been 'booked in' prior to return. They are quite uncompromising regarding there policy of returns and the time at which they will accept them. The onus is upon the SENDER to ensure that the returns policy has been complied with and the carrier is aware, that the item is a return and the returns policy of the receiver has been complied with. We informed you that this was the case when we spoke to you on Wed 30/6 you next contacted us Friday 1/6 expecting us to collect and deliver that day and when informed that we wouldn't, you immediately cancelled. It is worth mentioning that this undertaking was classified as Flexible Collection!!?? & Flexible Delivery!!?? | |
