Currently sub-contacting to 3 major Distribution/Delivery companies I offer reliable service with a "can-do" attitude. As I am nationwide on a daily basis I can be more flexible with quoted prices if your collection/delivery area is one I am visiting anyway.

Car door was picked up in Kent and then dropped off a couple of days later. When I couldn't take the package at a certain time, Andy went out of his way to drop it off later in the day at a more suitable time.

After entering all of the details of the balcony glass onto the 'delivery quote compare' website, including dimensions, photos and exact weight. I received a text message on the collection day to say they had arrived to collect the glass, however it was too heavy, and they would need an additional 2 people to handle the glass, making it a 4 person lift. With me being 170 miles away at the delivery drop off point, I was unable to assist. I am dissapointed to say the least, as not only was the collection not made, but the only contact to tell me so was via text message. I tried calling the courier direct on both their mobile numbers and the landline throughout the day, but have been unable to speak with either Andy or Melissa regarding the issues. | |
