We are a nationwide shopping delivery business run by a Manager with a long experience of the courier / taxi business. A former Licenced Minicab driver who has worked for all major companies, such as addison Lee, Bleuback, Airport direct, etc.
Our client target groups live in most of the UK major cities, as the result of this every week one of our vans delivers in Oxford, Birmingham (and its surrounding), Derby, Leicester, Rotherham, Shieffield, Manchester (and its surrounding), Swindon, Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Exeter, and Plymouth. As we deliver on order, our vans leave half-full and are empty at the end of the end of our routes; therefore we can be able to collect on our way back to London. We do not count on the bidding charge to cover our costs, as our vans have to be at the delivery /collection point any way.
We have a safe and storage facility where any load can be secured before delivery/collection if needed.
Our management tean and drivers have all the qualification and experience needed for the trade. So, if you put your load in our hands, consider job done. We are open to any inquiry in English, French, Swahili, and Lingala. Above all, everything is legal.

After not being called, I rang the number provided the person who answered could hardly speak any english, so I sent a e.mail with collection details & asked for a acknowledgement which never arrived. Anyway canopy was eventually collected & then delivered 2 days later at 10.30pm !!!! Response:The delay in collection of the canopy was not caused by us. It was difficult to contact the seller and the buyer was made aware of this. On the delivery day, the van was caught up in heavy traffic and we requested the buyer to authorise us to deliver the canopy later and he was happy, otherwise we could have delivered it the following day. The canopy was safely delivered. We did apologise for the delay and improve the way we communicate with customers. | |

Single boys car bed | kyleelliott | DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY DRIVER! hassle from start to finish, great communication until I accepted the quote, then once the collection was organised it went downhill. Driver did not show up on evening organised, could not get hold of him, when I eventually did i was told he would ring the lady with the bed straight away. he eventually sent a text to her saying -will pick up tomorrow, causing inconvenience to the lady I bought the bed from, and embarrassment to me. When I heard about the text I called the driver, he said he had arranged to pick it up the next day with me, the guy is a liar. It was then arranged to pick the bed up between 9 and 11 the following morning, as that was the only time someone would be in, The bed was eventually picked up, hours after the second arranged time. I had to unload the boys car bed, it was just thrown in the back of the van, amongst metal racking and rubbish. Rude messages, lack or communication and the guy is abrupt. Unfortunately I did not check all his feedback, otherwise this situation could have been avoided if I had used a genuine courier, with great feedback. From his replies to his feedback I'm sure he doesn't care what I write, but he is an embarrassment to the courier service, and all the genuine guys on this site. I can't knock the customer service of deliveryquotecompare, very helpful and prompt replies. I won't let this experience put me off using the site again, but I have learnt my lesson to CHECK THE FEEDBACK!! fridge | marghe_z18-1 | Not only they were late, they were supposed to deliver a fridge - freezer and they refused to take it downstairs in the kitchen instead leaving it in the entrance, even though I have no way to take it downstairs on my own. They said they didn't know it had to go downstairs and were late for another job but when I booked them and spoke on the phone I told them it was for a lower ground and that there were stairs. They were fully aware instead they left really quickly and now I have to book someone else to finish the job!! Stay well away from this company!! upright piano | kathearl79 | It was very hard to reach this person to arrange delivery. E-mails, texts and voicemail messages were not returned. We finally agreed on a day and time but at the last minute they wanted to change it which was inconvenient but I agreed and then shortly afterwards they changed it back. The item to be moved was an upright piano, they could see this in my posting and then bid on it. When they arrived to pick it up they told the person at the pick up point that they couldn't do the delivery. Dreadful service. Avoid. They didn;t answer the phone and were very slow/ inconsistent with communication. They failed to turn up to collect the bench twice (after the owner had waited in all day.) they could not give me specific pick up/ drop off times for delievery and collection. Reception desk | michelesadler | Hi, I recently used them to collect a reception desk from Portsmouth and take to Nottingham , as of today the desk has still not been delivered. So After a week of constantly phoning & texting there is no way I would ever use this company again. I would not recommend them to anybody. I had to have the item returned before I could get a refund so as you can imagine I am not very happy at all. Although we had to pay on the day of collection, still over one week later they have still not returned the item to Nottingham. So you can understand why I am negative. | |
