| Raleigh Chopper bike | odg0217801353 | The accepted my deposit and gave me a job reference 108651. They did not turn up to collect this Bicycle, they did not inform me that they never turn up. I called them today, [I was very polite] Louise their receptionist told me that they are very busy and don't think they can do this collection now ? Why did they not contact me and advise me earlier. i have had two people waste their valuable time, waiting for the collection and delivery. I am not impressed with their commitment, attitude, or customer care service. | |
