| rd 350 ypvs f11 rd | speedysquires | Although I had a number of quotes for the same price from more established businesses I decided to use this courier as they quoted first and as a new business I thought that I would give them the opportunity to establish themselves on this site. Details were exchanged and my deposit was paid, although there was a slight delay in collection which was not the couriers fault, communication has been poor. Eventually my consignment was collected on 03/04/13, this was confirmed by the person who I had purchased the item from not the courier; since then I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls (always an answering machine) but I have had no response from Van-guy. In a last ditch attempt to resolve this issue I found the couriers details on the internet and called his mobile number, when I explained who I was the phone went dead and I have been unable to reach him ever since, I just get a message saying ‘it has not been possible to connect your call please try again later’ I have since called the seller of the motorcycle engine who has again confirmed that Van-guy collected my engine on 03/04/2013 and gave him a receipt for the collection. I have also called delivery quote compare.com and spoken to the Duty Manager to report this courier. I am now left with no alternative but to report this to the police which I will do if Van-guy does not respond to my last email which was sent at 13:06hrs today (09/04/13) to arrange delivery of my engine. In short I would not recommend this courier to anyone. | |
