Wasn't explained properly in my opinion but I felt like because I had accepted the £50 I therefore couldn't retract it. He is unreliable, he doesn't communicate, he is dishonest. He asked for payment up front and has now failed to deliver for the third time in a week and has not once notified me that he did not intend to do the job, just gives a litany of excuses after the fact. I will now be pursuing him through the small claims court to get my money back from him. I repeat - DO NOT USE!! Response:This customer put this feedback prior to us collecting and delivering. Our van broke down, so we hired a van out of our expense. Ended up collecting and delivering 2days late. Considering the job was from scotland to nr Norwich. Was a great catch up. And we completed the job. Couldn't of done anything more to please this customer. Yet he won't take back this feedback, after telling us he was happy!! Deliveryquotecompare are looking into this and may remove, once they hear from the customer that the jobs complete | |
