| Large chair | lisanick | The price was great, the organisation was awful, we agreed he would pick the chair up in Scotland on Thursday and deliver to Oxfordshire on Saturday, eventually I got through to him to ask the time of collection, he said late afternoon, at 5pm he still hadn't been he then said it would be between 9am and 11am Friday morning, he never showed up but did call to say it would be late afternoon, at 9.45 pm he still hadn't been, with no call either he then said he was on his way, he arrived at 11.30 pm absolutely disgusting! In between us chasing him he told us he wouldn't be able to deliver until Monday at this I was cross, he later called to say he could do Sunday, the chair which is very old and valuable had four new chips and marks including parts of the ornate wood been snapped off! Something that no amount of money can repair! The attitude of the driver was fine, almost like he was following orders from above, not happy! | |
