| BENTWOOD COAT STAND - VINTAGE | jesswise | Company accepted my advert for an item to be collected same day, which I posted mid-afternoon. Despite my efforts, company did not get in touch until 20.00 and then to say that the driver was stuck on the other side of the country and would struggle to get there that night. I rearranged with the owners (no small problem on their part) so that he could collect the following day. At midday after several attempts on my part the driver got in touch with a collection time of 15.00. He did not show, and has not since been in touch. Our last communication was over 24 hours ago. | |
