Despite confirming with myself he would do the job and speaking with the seller, he never turned up. Despite 2 texts, 2 voice mail messages and an email. I never heard from Andy again.
There might have been a valid reason why he couldn't collect the furniture, but to blatentley ignore all the messages I left was just ignorant and rude. A second failed delivery attempt.

Rang office and got no explanation other than driver was in Scotland and would pick up 2 days later than the original date first pledged. Bad weather then prevented that collection.
Can't be blamed for weather, but service throughout was abysmal. Emails ignored, one partner blaming the other, initial agreed dates were not kept, failed to collect on a day they changed to?? Then drove from Glasgow to Durham via Carlisle to collect, regardless of a 72 hour national warning that snow would cut the west of the country off. Courier rang after being stuck in snow to advise I get another courier as he had to be back in Glasgow by 6pm that day.
Two days after cancelling the entire transaction with a 3rd party in London, courier text asking if I still wanted my parcel delivering???
Bad experience from start to finish. As stated, can't be blamed for weather, but that weather came 6 days after booking and in those 6 days I had had 3 collection days arranged, where this courier failed to do what he pledged. Response:good story 1- u wast my time and fuel money first time 2- if the road is shot because snow gate was close 3- u have 2 courier and u wast his time and money next time ring traffic officer to clear the snow because u have package for delivery 4- drove from glasgow to durnham via carlise as i have other pick up and delivery u think i u bookig courier will only go to ur door and deliver. i hope some one wast u money and time like u did to us good to do business and good luck | |
