When i spoke to you on the phone i told you the vehicle was to be DRIVEN as it does state that the vehicle runs, i advised you to contact Delivery quote to get your deposit back and they would re-list the item for you or advise you how to do it. I accepted their qoute monday night to do tuesday they could now not do it so rearranged for thursday cacelled that prior to 8.30 am on the wed .to get refund. Re phoned as hpi issue was sorted and rebooked with them for sat no later than 4pm. We all agreed on this. Ithen get told they can do it fri so i in form garage by 4pm still no show i phoned them they are not doing my job now doing it sat. Garage now told sat.no show they told me there car had broken down. They then after mon.tuesday not turning up finally did wednesday.not at 11.30 as agreed by me and garage but 2pm. I did not get my car for over 30 hours later at 3.30 am friday mourning. My car should have had 49.500 miles when i received it it had an exta627 it read 50197 .They also only gave me one key the garage said they gave them 2 and they say they didnt.im nowa key short She smoked in the car and the ash tray was full to the brim denys taking my car else where. I would never ever recommend these people and they should not be able to pick peoples cars up.god knows where they took my carbut they even lied to the garage and told them i never ever booked with them to pick up on thesat or the friday. I have phone records and text to prove i did.This was a very stress full experience and i believe all the stress i experienced was sole down to this badly organised team of husband and wife who also shared with me that she has 3 children had a strees attack fell in toilet and hit her head .spkit her pants and had to divert to sainsbury. Come out after breckky and needed to get a jump and the list goes on
Response:We have asked delivery quote to remove this feedback not because we have anything to hide but because its all lies. The lady cancelled the job and we did warn her that when she called to re-book we had obviously taken on more work and that her job would no longer be able to be our main priority. I'm not about to start saying she said this I said that because there is no point. We did the job to the best of our ability and we cannot please everyone we have phone records stating we called and informed her what was happening we have CCTV footage to prove that the car was stored safely and securely ( to which she was aware of and agreed to) overnight. The garage where the car came from were very unimpressed with the same lady as well. Will explain to anyone who is concerned about using us the full story thing is we cannot please everyone Thanks | |
