Please provide the dimensions and weight of the item(s) being collected and delivered.
Important Service Information:
Ground Floor Service Only: We offer collection and delivery to ground-floor locations unless a lift is available. If assistance is needed due to the size or weight of the item (over 28 kg), it is required at both collection and delivery points.
Service Times: Our collection and delivery service runs between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. If you have any time restrictions, please mention them at the time of booking.
Driver-Only Service: We offer a driver-only service unless pre-arranged otherwise. Assistance with heavy or awkward items is the customer’s responsibility if they cannot be lifted by one person.
Insurance and Packaging: We recommend that all items be securely packaged for transport. Our insurance covers only items that are adequately packaged. We cannot cover damages to unpacked items, which will be transported at the customer’s risk. Fragile items should be boxed and clearly labelled.
Payment Terms: If paying on delivery, please ensure payment is made before the goods are removed from the vehicle. We accept bank transfers, cash, and cards (where available).
Additional Charges for Zones:
Clean Air, ULEZ, or LEZ Zones: A 50% surcharge applies for deliveries or collections from these zones.
Congestion Zones: The full congestion charge will be applied in addition to the quoted price.
Please note: We strive to offer reliable and professional service, but as a small team with two vans, we work on a tight schedule, and occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdowns). We ask for your understanding in such cases.
