- **Quick Collection:** We aim to collect your vehicle within 7 working days, subject to availability. The sooner you confirm, the sooner we can get your transport scheduled!
- **Quote Breakdown:** Pricing is based on your vehicle’s condition, size, and distance. If no condition is mentioned, we’ll assume your vehicle starts and drives for loading/unloading.
- **Non-Running Vehicles:** We cannot handle vehicles without keys or those with seized brakes. It has to roll freely. Let us know upfront if there are any issues before you accept.
- **Auction/Dealer Fees:** You’re responsible for any additional fees or storage charges. To help minimize costs, we can collect your vehicle when it's ready, but delivery will take place shortly after when we are ready to deliver it, helping you avoid extra fees.
- **Regulations:** Our trucks operate fully compliant with DVSA and tachograph regulations. We are fully insured and registered.
- **Flexible Payment Options:** Pay by cash or bank transfer on delivery. If you won’t be present, we’ll need payment before dropping the vehicle off.
- **Coverage Area:** We service certain areas bi-weekly. For urgent needs, reach out to check availability!
- **Open Transport:** We offer economical open transport only—no enclosed options. Let us know if you have any specific requirements before confirming.
