| 3 seater sofa | mikeshutt101 | Front line couriers have kept me on the hook by not specifying a date or time for collection and delivery. I told them 10 days in advance that it needs to be delivered by Friday 20th October 2023 at the very latest. I finally got to speak to someone on the morning of 19th October. They stated a driver was heading in my direction and should be there just after lunch time. Since midday I have tried to make several calls (all ignored) to find out where they are and when they are going to arrive. It's now nearing the end of the day and I'm holding out little hope that they will turn up. Because they have messed me about I'll have to book a van last minute tomorrow morning (morning of the 20th) to transport the sofa myself, as I can't just trust that they are going to turn up, never mind get it delivered by end of play on the 20th! I will lose the opportunity to return the sofa within 30 days and miss out on an £800 refund otherwise! This is something I have made very clear to them, but I have only been met with belligerency. | |

Response:Due to van breaking down we was unable too collect which we kept you updated with! we arrived Monday as arranged with seller following breaking down then being told by text he was cancelling collection not selling anymore as we were 10 miles from collecting! hope this gets resolved soon | |
