He maintained contact with us, allowing us to pass his phone details onto the seller so they could agree arrangements. He was late delivering it but reduced the price for our inconvenience. | collection and delivery of sofa and armchair from London to Durham | mikelac | Having arranged collection for today between 10 and 12, I contacted KAM at 12.15 to ask for update to be told that he had been delayed by traffic accident on A1. He then asked if I wanted to continue collection today which I confirmed. He then texted back at 13.02 to day he would not be able to collect today. I am trying to arrange another day but have limited availability. Overall disappointed so far. | |
