| Shower enclosure, tray and drain | oofuani | I got a quote from one of your client KC transport to deliver Shower enclosure, tray and drain. I paid to your organisation its commission and paid the Balance to KC transport on the day items were picked from my home. These items were not received by Victoria plumbing. I have made all effort to get a delivery note from KC transport but to no avail. I have contacted you and your staff who returned my call said, the company does not get involved with the transaction between me and client. However, would make effort to get through to the KC transport. As I write it is over two months and items have not been received. KC transport claimed to have insurance but that was not the case. This client refused to respond to my messages. I am surprised that such a company registered with you and made away with my items. | |

Was meant to collect on Tuesday, ignored me until Wednesday saying "Hiya sorry I had a breakdown yesterday and and I had very poor reception. My sincere apologies , I didn't get recovered for 3 hrs" then said he'll be getting a courtesy van on Thursday and arranged again to collect on Friday. Ignored all my meedages on/since Thursday. | |
