As soon as I had accepted the quote I had a (very friendly polite)phone call to arrange the collection at my convenience( a Sunday!) and the day before another call just to confirm details . They arrived on time and 3 .5 hours later my sister phoned to say the table had arrived safely at her House 120 miles away and non motorway driving for over half the journey.
