After accepting the job (on Sat 10th for a collection / delivery on Mon 12th) and advising they would collect the car between 3&4pm they simply didn't turn up and stopped communicating altogether with me from the lunchtime on the day of collection. I had a feeling something wasn't right from the start. I needed the car delivering that day, so this caused us a huge amount of disruption as we had no way of getting to work the next day. We also then had to resort to other methods to try and get the vehicle collected the following day. | |

Eventually contacted him on messenger and he had a rant. I pointed out his poor communication skills and he proved it by swearing at me and telling me to "go away".
Didn't get my car collected now trying to rearrange. Response:Tried to arrange several times, wanted me to pull to a random motorway services. You had 3 different people and companies messaging me, emailing, and then the website itself absolutely unreal. It takes one person to arrange a job not 3 or 4 and non stop hounding. We agreed to Friday about 4 times on YOUR terms, but then you forget to mention the abuse you sent to our business page and was told we will not.be dealing with you. | |

Next day I call him again and he told me he will deliver afternoon that day and I asked if he was sure since that's what he told me yesterday. His answer was 'You either believe me or you don't mate I'm not bothered.' Response:Actually you booked last minute and we worked to fit you in to our best availability, you were told we had no trucks available saturday and we do not work Sundays. It was then collected the following working day Monday and delivered directly to you, and yes that is right I tell you something you either believe it or not I have no way of forcing you to believe however we delivered as promised, but nice to know customers on here are just as bad as everywhere else and expect the earth for peanuts. | |
