and rang to say he couldn’t do it.I then had to rearrange the recovery causing delay and incurring extra storage charges.NOT very impressive. Response:Customer failed to mention on the site for the quote that the vehicle had no keys . So when driver arrived wasn’t prepared for loading and the quote wouldn’t of been the price quoted if given the full details | |
